Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no lock-in. Cancel from inside the app whenever you like and you won't be billed again — you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing breaks and nothing is charged automatically, because we never asked for a card up front. When you're ready to keep going, you subscribe from inside the app. Your rules and history are waiting exactly where you left them.
Do I really not need a credit card to start?
Correct. Add your restaurant and get full access to every feature for the whole trial with no payment information at all. You only enter a card once you decide to subscribe.
Is the price per location or per person?
It's one flat subscription per restaurant. Add as many staff members as you need — there are no per-seat fees and no usage caps. You're paying for the platform, not a headcount.
What if I need a feature my current tools don't have?
Email us. Features requested by real restaurants have shipped within weeks of the ask. You get a direct line to the developer — not a ticket queue, not a support bot.
